We are seeking an Global Business Development Manager for industrial cable applications (m/f/d). Your role will be to develop business opportunities in the cable industry on an international level. Your focus is on strategically expanding the international market share through the joint development and implementation of sophisticated customer solutions with our business units. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team. We would be delighted to invite you for a coffee or tea with us ☕.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strengthening the presence and establishing the Faber brand in international target markets together with new or existing partners
  • Development of measures and activities for the sustainable acquisition and strengthening of customer relationships in industrial fields of application with a clear prioritization of the OEM and end user markets
  • Independent acquisition of orders from new and existing customers
  • Joint development and development of special turnkey solutions in the area of cables & systems
  • Contribution to the development of the product mix specific to this sales market
  • Participation in international trade fairs and conferences

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Several years of professional experience as a business development manager, KAM or in a comparable position with proven success in developing new markets
  • Extensive sales experience in the special low-, medium & high voltage cable sector with complex technical products
  • A balanced personality mix of independent action and team-oriented work to achieve common goals
  • High customer orientation, professional appearance and assertiveness
  • Fluent English skills and willingness to travel worldwide
